​This document is an agreement for any guests who wish to use the swimming pool.  The form is available online ahead of your stay.  Once read and agreed to, you will receive the access code information.  Please ensure that all members of your group adhere to the rules of conduct.

This facility is our domestic family pool that we share with our guests.  You must follow the guidelines below to ensure safety and respect.  We hope it’s a great addition to your holiday.

The pool uses mineral+biome® technology (bio digestion) to filter the water, making it a natural water pool with no disinfection chemicals, better for swimmers, and it’s better for the planet too!

Please only use the pool in your allocated swimming times and please leave the pool & space as found.

• This is an unsupervised pool and is used at your own risk.

• Only guests staying in our holiday lets may use the pool:  no outside visitors. 

• The Pool is not suitable for babies or nappy-wearing children 

• The door is self-closing and should never be propped open, even in warm weather.  Please open any windows for ventilation if needed.

• Please shower before entering the pool

• Please ensure the bathroom is used for ALL toilet needs!  If a member of your party fouls in the pool, you must inform us IMMEDIATELY so we can treat/drain the water to avoid illness to yourselves, future guests and our family - remember this is a domestic pool.  Text Helen: 07789 481514

• Never leave children (under 16) unattended at any time.  This will result in immediate termination of use.

• Anyone with an open wound/sores/infection/feeling ill, or who has been ill in the last 24hours MUST refrain from entering the pool house.

• Users are requested to have a mobile phone within the area of the pool, to enable emergency assistance to be called

• No outdoor footwear is to be worn around the pool. Please place all shoes in the shoe tray provided upon entering.

• Do not enter the pool directly from the beach.  Please shower off in your accommodation (including swimming costume/trunk items) to avoid large amounts of sand entering the space and the filter systems (which can lead to pool closure)

• No glass/crockery to be bought into the pool house whatsoever.   

• No food or drink (apart from drinking water in a non-breakable container) to enter the pool house.

• Do not leave any personal items in the pool house in between uses.

• No diving or running around the pool, as the floors can get slippery.

• We advise no alcohol consumption before swimming. 

• Please ensure the pool cover is put back on after every use.

• Guests must leave the pool as found and report issues to us: 07789 481514  

• Failure to comply with the above will deny access to the pool for the remainder of your stay.

• If the pool is unfit for use (due to misuse/cleaning/treatment) no refund is possible.  This is an addition to your stay

• We accept no liability for any loss or injury. 

• Please provide the ages of all minors in your party using the pool
